Powder-Coated Aluminium Sub-Frames
Industrial 1.2mm–1.5mm wall thickness aluminium tubing welded 360° at stress points. Pre-treated and electrostatic powder-coated for total rust immunity and scratch resistance.

For standard collections, our baseline MOQ starts at one 20ft container (or mixed models per 40ft HQ container). Custom OEM/ODM developments are quoted per model depending on frame tooling and weaving complexity.
Buyers can provide 2D CAD drawings, 3D renderings, or reference photos. Our dedicated sampling studio creates master frames, weave prototypes, and fabric combinations within 7–14 days for buyer review prior to mass container production.
Our raw materials comply with international REACH standards for non-toxic chemicals, ISO 9227 salt spray resistance tests, and ISO 4892-2 weatherability standards. Materials are lab-tested for flame retardancy and commercial durability upon buyer request.
Standard container production lead time is 35 to 45 days upon sample approval and deposit receipt. Off-peak schedule adjustments or expedited project deliveries can be negotiated with our export team.
